COVID-19 UPDATE - Mid May

The most recent results for positive Covid cases locally (08/05/22) are shown.
A now distinctive drop in the number of reported positive cases since the last set of results. The figures are now similar to those in July last year - Let us hope this continues to remain at this low level.
From now on however, with more restricted testing, these results will be less representative.
Everyone should continue being careful. In health settings it is still necessary to observe basic hygiene rules, wearing face masks, and appropriate distancing. The virus poses a real danger to some people.
