ROADWORKS- Fairfield Road and Pembroke Road
PEMBROKE ROAD JUNCTION ROADWORKS
Twelve days of roadworks are due to start on Pembroke Road from Monday 13th until Wednesday 22nd February between 7am and 4.30pm. Thankfully the first week of this coincides with half-term which should minimise disruption, but parents' school run parking is likely to be affected for the week commencing 20th February.

Residents Drop-In Session
The first of a proposed series opportunities for residents to speak informally to Town Councillors took place on January 28th and was felt to be a resounding success.

New Venue for Full Town Council Meetings
We were very pleased to be back on home ground in the new community hall next to the Church - we are already referring to it as CCR instead of the old SMR...
It was great to have a good look at all the facilities now that the building itself is complete. You can come and see for yourself at the Open Day on Saturday 18th February between 11am - 3pm.

Community Gritters - Cold Weather
Freezing Weather is Coming
We are likely to experience cold weather again over the coming days and the Town Council is preparing for this.
