Mark was a police officer rising to be the Borough Commander of Waltham Forest for his last four years of service. Since retiring, he has worked in four London Boroughs, mainly as Director of Community Safety and Enforcement. This included managing housing, street scene and trading standards. He led the commissioning of domestic abuse services in several boroughs and was responsible for community cohesion issues. He moved to Framlingham in 2017 and loves living here. He is a keen sailor and now leads on health and safety for a local NHS Trust.
