RIDE Suffolk Sunrise

The fabulous backdrop of Framlingham College and Framlingham Castle at the start of RIDE Suffolk Sunrise is a sight to behold.
One of the biggest charity sportives in the East, RIDE Suffolk Sunrise has been a firm favourite fixture in the May cycling calendar for over a decade.
Flat and fast routes take riders along quiet coastal lanes, and through villages and towns dating back to the Anglo-Saxon times making an ideal sportive for experienced riders to lay down an early-season benchmark, and for newer riders tackling their first longer rides! Expect a great day in the saddle on this charity fundraising sportive with first-class support throughout the day, and help raise vital funds to help sick and disabled babies and children at the same time.

Could you spare a few hours to help out at our event? We're currently looking for volunteers at Framlingham College on our finish line to give out medals to returning riders and to support our riders at the feed stop on route at Bruisyard. Bowls Club open day for prospective players 8 - 80+ to have some fun trying out lawn bowls.
Bowls can be played by anyone so why not drop in on the day and try it for yourself. No need to book.

10:00 to 17:30
Just bring a pair of flat soled shoes – we will provide the bowls and our members will be on hand to guide you.
