Church Farm Kettleburgh
Church Farm is a beautiful 450-year-old oak beamed Suffolk farmhouse, set in the heart of Suffolk. The house has delightful views across the Deben Valley and across the pond to the village church. Framlingham, with its famous medieval castle is just 10 minutes away.
The rose filled patio overlooks the rolling lawns and pretty gardens and a warm farmhouse and geese welcome awaits guests inside. The sitting room has a wood burner and comfortable arm chairs with views to the church and the pond, and the separate dining room overlooks the garden. We have a double bedroom downstairs with ensuite facilities and a twin room upstairs with its own bathroom.
All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and free wifi on request. Over the past 50 years we have been awarded four stars by the AA and the ETB and a special breakfast award.
Separate bed and breakfast accommodation is available in the lodge in the grounds and we are happy for you to bring your dog here. Nestling peacefully among the trees with the ducks and geese for company you can unwind having enjoyed a delicious meal in the farmhouse. We have footpaths everywhere on the farm for you to walk but we ask that your dog is on a lead. The lodge can sleep six with an ensuite bedroom and a twin with bathroom, a sitting room, a dining area and a kitchen for tea and coffee. Breakfast is served in the house.
