Organised by the Fram Flyers some 300 runners flashing around
Framlingham starting in New Road just past the Drill Hall and looping up
Bridge Street, Market Hill, Church & Castle Streets, Badingham Road, New
Road to finish at the Sports Club.
You have to be 15 or over to take part in the 10km and 8 years and over
for the 2km fun run.
The 10k has trophies for age group winners as well as 1st, 2nd and 3rd
man and woman and first local runner.

Framlingham Castle
As usual
separate races for juniors and seniors. The course could be
described as testing and more so when traversing the mere and
moat if it's wet. Good viewing spots are the Castle Meadow and
the Badingham Road footpath near the pill box. The event is only
open to club runners but last year
there were around 300 competitors.
