Richard Parlone was born in Ipswich,
spent some of his youth in the Gilbert and Ellis Islands and has
lived in Fram for five years. He has an OU degree, is a health
physicist at Sizewell, and enjoys swimming, family walking holidays
and helping out at his son's Beaver Scouts.

Ann Vipond has been in the Framlingham area since 1979. A
qualified English, maths, French and dance teacher she now teaches part-time.
Married to the Rev Michael Vipond, Deacon at St Clares
they have two
sons who are both teachers in London. Ann joined the council
in 2003, is the council's rep for the
Citizens' Advice Bureau.

Dr
Ian F Baird has lived in Framlingham since 1984 and is married
to Carolyn with two grown up children. He was an English
Teacher from 1972-2004 including fourteen years at Framlingham
College. Ian joined the Town Council in October 2004.

Gwen Gibbs has lived in Fram and been married to
David for seven years. She has two teenagers and works for Suffolk
Coastal District Council. She enjoys reading, computers and
card making. Gwen
suffers from ME and fibromyalgia which she can find very
debilitating.

David Gray is Suffolk born and bred living for 56 years in
Marlesford before moving to Fram in 2003. Married with two
children and four grandchildren he has worked on or connected with
the land since leaving school. His interests include golf and
local football.

John Larter has lived in Framlingham all his life and has been a
farmer since leaving Chadacre Agricultural College in 1976. Educated
at Sir Robert Hitcham's and Everton School in
Ipswich he is married to Julie and they have two grown up children.

David Lister
was
born into a mining family in County Durham. He is married to Anne
and they have one grown up daughter. David worked in heavy
engineering in this country and abroad for 30 years and was a JP for
ten years. His interests include travel, cricket and golf.

Rick Murray is married to Maggie and has worked in
Framlingham since 2001. He has a comprehensive knowledge of
current building and planning regs and his interests include
