A visit to The Crown Hotel puts you in the heart of one of the most beautiful parts of Suffolk amidst pretty rural villages and the unspoiled coastal resorts. A fully refurbished 16th century coaching inn, The Crown is full of character and fascinating architectural detail, all set within a conservation area at the head of Framlingham’s Market Hill.

Lunch and dinner are available all week in the two restaurants, public bar and, when the weather is nice, secluded courtyard.  Light lunches and sandwiches can also be served in the hotel’s relaxed and informal lounge area or in the privacy of your room. Expect to pay £18 per head for a two course lunch or dinner.
 
Each Sunday the Stables restaurant offers a magnificent carvery with a superb choice of locally farmed meat.  This is always popular and we recommend that you reserve a table at your earliest convenience. Guests are also reminded that it is advisable to book in advance. Expect to pay  £14 per head for the carvery lunch and dessert

The hotel boasts  14 en-suite bedrooms each with its own character and charm with carefully selected antique furniture complimenting the rooms and the hotel’s Tudor history. For special occasions or celebrations, the large Master Suite boasts a luxurious and regal four poster bed.
