Church View Holiday Cottage
A renovated 200 year old period country cottage situated next to a Grade 1 listed Saxon Church. Sleeps 5 + 1 dog!
Spend some time in Framlingham at Church View Holiday Cottage

Church View is a charming 200 year old self-catering holiday cottage set in a lovely rural location, with gardens to the front and rear where you can unwind and enjoy the picturesque rural views and adjacent Grade 1 listed Saxon church, The cottage is being tastefully renovated and equipped to retain the character whilst introducing a fully fitted kitchen and modern bathroom, ready to welcome guests in 2016. The interior designer owner’s style and attention to detail can be seen throughout with a eclectic mix of fabrics and home accessories – many from their travels to far flung places such as Asia and Morocco. The front door opens into an entrance hall giving access to the living room with wood burner for cosy winter months; the country style kitchen with farmhouse style dining table and chairs is at the back of the house overlooking the garden. Two stylish double bedrooms are located on the first floor, together with a modern bathroom and there’s a quirky single at the top of the house – ideal for agile guests! Church View, one of a terrace of four Vicarage Cottages, sits above the quiet Church Road and has allocated parking for one car, as well as plenty of communal parking for guests. There’s a front garden catching the morning sun and rear garden with two patio areas with a table, chairs and BBQ where you can relax as the sun moves round.
