Cottage is a traditional Victorian cottage centrally situated in
Framlingham but down a quiet lane. The cottage has two bedrooms
sleeping four with the second floor bedroom benefiting from an excellent
view of Fram. A well equipped self catering cottage presented at a very
high standard Courtyard Cottage has been awarded 4 stars by the English

A self catering single storey cottage with a double bedroom and
the open plan living room can sleep a third person. The living area
offers an open fire with a comfortable armchair and settee, a TV, video and
radio. There is a shower room, the kitchen is fully equipped and the
secluded garden area has a table, chairs and barbeque for private use by our
guests. Dogs welcome by arrangement and non-smokers preferred,
We are occasionally able to offer B&B.

chintz covered sofas surround the brick inglenook in the sitting room,
where guests are offered tea and cake on arrival. Upstairs the
handsomely furnished bedrooms are all immaculate and overlook the two
acre garden with its ancient bay tree and a weeping willow by the pond.
