Suffolk St John is looking for mock
casualties to help them with their vital training and teaching
procedures. Now the organisation’s commercial activities
are greatly expanding across the county St John training services
desperately need volunteers who would be prepared to ‘role play’
during routine first aid assessments at the Westbury Centre.
Volunteers would be asked to help out during training courses and
will receive training from
Casualties Union,
an organisation which works closely with St John for the purpose of
simulating casualty exercise. Anyone signing up to help will
receive payment for their time. Suffolk’s branch of St John
offers all kinds of first aid training courses, from educating young
children to illustrating life-saving techniques to individuals in
the workplace. Anyone interested in acting as a volunteer is
asked to contact the County Office on 01473 241500. |
