To put a picture on to the bulletin board it needs to be out there somewhere on the Internet and you tell the bulletin board where it is on the internet.  Pretty straight forward except your pic of that naughty but adored cat is onThe Photobucket login your hard disc not in cyberspace.  We've found the easiest way to get pics out on to the Internet is to use the free service at Photobucket.  You register to use the service and give them an email but it's straightforward and though the site is littered with adverts they don't bombard you with junk mail.  So go to http://photobucket.com/ and click on the Register Now button, enter Username and Password (twice) and then click the Next step button; then name, email, and some other stuff including aThe Photobucket pic upload confirmation code and your done!

Log in to your new account at Photobucket.com, click on the Browse button and a new window will open  showing your My Pictures.  Find the pic you want and double click on it.  The new window closes and text box next to Browse now contains the file spec of your pic.  Click the Near Wickham Market ...Upload button and as picture files can get big there might be a bit of a wait.  Eventually the upload will end and there's your pic in the album.  Click on where it says [IMG]http:// and Copied will appear briefly to confirm that the text you need for the bulletin board has been copied to your clipboard.

Go to the bulletin board, start a new topic, point your mouse in the text area and click the right hand mouse button.  A menu appears.  Click on Paste[IMG]http://lotsofstuff[/IMG] will appear in the text area.  Click the Submit button and, as if by magic, your pic will appear ...

... now print this off and then do it for real so the world can see that naughty but adored cat.
